Over its 25-year history, Camisa Listrada has sold more than 12 million movie tickets in Brazilian theaters, with box-office hits such as The Honest Candidate 1 and 2, Keeping it Real, Come on, mom!, and The Beachnickers 1 and 2, among others.

On streaming platforms, the company has accumulated over 200 million hours watched and achieved worldwide success with titles such as Beyond the Universe and Just Another Christmas on Netflix, as well as World’s First Christmas on Prime Video.

Camisa Listrada has also received more than 50 awards at film festivals, most notably Mussum, which won 6 Kikito Awards, including Best Film, at the Gramado Film Festival, and 4 Grande Otelo Awards presented by the Brazilian Academy of Cinema.

In addition, Camisa Listrada has crossed borders by international sale of the remake rights of its original works. The Honest Candidate was produced in South Korea and Mexico, both debuting at the top of the box office. Just Another Christmas was also remade in Mexico by Netflix.
Led by partners André Carreira and Adriane Lemos, Camisa Listrada is currently producing The Beachnickers 3 and the biopic Guido, about a young surfer who may become the first saint from Rio de Janeiro.

ANDRÉ CARREIRA

CEO / PRODUCER

André Carreira began working in the audiovisual industry in 1997 and has since been part of the teams behind dozens of productions, including Amor e Cia, A Partilha, and Lavoura Arcaica. Since 2001, he has been a partner at Camisa Listrada, where he has produced major box-office successes such as The Beachnickers and The Honest Candidate franchises, as well as Come on, mom!.

On streaming platforms, his work has reached the Netflix Global Top 10 for seven times, with standout titles including Beyond the Universe and Just Another Christmas. He is the co-writer of the family feature The Boy in the Mirror, which has been licensed to 16 countries and screened at more than 30 festivals worldwide. As a director, he made the short films Oxicianureto de Mercúrio and Contrato com a Sorte, both of which screened at festivals across Brazil.

Among his most recent successes are Mussum, which won 6 Kikito Awards at the 2023 Gramado Film Festival, including Best Film, and The Beachnickers 2, which sold 1.9 million tickets in Brazilian theaters in 2024.
André currently serves on the board of SICAV-RJ and is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema.

ADRIANE LEMOS

INSTITUTIONAL DIRECTOR

Adriane Lemos has been a partner at Camisa Listrada since 2008, but her career in the audiovisual field spans more than 30 years. Throughout this time, she has worked as a Production Director, Assistant Director, Props Master, and Art Director, both in Brazil and internationally.

In 2007, Adriane won the award for Best Art Direction at the CINE-PE Film Festival for the feature film 5th Pieces of almost a history, a collective-direction project produced by Camisa Listrada. In 2008, she was nominated for Best Art Design (Mejor Diseño de Arte) by the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences for the film Cobrador: In God We Trust, directed by Paul Leduc.

Since 2017, Adriane has led Camisa Listrada’s sustainability initiatives, with a focus on reuse and recycling practices on set. This commitment earned the company the Zero Waste Set award in 2023 for the feature film World’s First Christmas.

Adriane is currently a member of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema.
